Basically, when OEMs purchase CPUs by the hundreds, they just come bare in "trays" - like 24 to a tray, or w/e.

They come with no box, no spec sheet, and no fan/cooler. The coolers usually come in a separate bulk package, if the OEM even uses stock fans (many pre-builts are sold with AIOs, etc), but some dealers who sell OEM CPUs might include the fan with the CPU.

A sieve may not hold water, but it will hold another sieve.
