Also I will be the only one talking into the mike most of the time, maybe a few times with someone else

Your setup is great! Good products and definitely won't sound bad at all. The only thing is maybe get and XLR Condenser Mic and pair it with a 2i4 but honestly there won't be that much difference. I found some of those foam thingies!
