i5 4690k/RAM usage issues.

Hello LTTR forums,

I have recently reinstalled Windows 7 Home premium x64 bit, now firstly I understand that after a fresh install Windows is working behind the scenes with updates,index,etc.

But my RAM and CPU usage is acting VERY strange, and this is out of the normal, I am using 8Gb of DDR3 RAM and I am running an i5 4690k. Beneath I have attached some screenshots to look at. Now I have been told it is normal for the RAM to be like that, and I respect that windows allows more RAM for user ran programs e.g games and applications. Although these statistics are idle I understand the OS is still doing things, but with this in mind I still think the stats are very peculiar.
