Help whit SONY VAIO

So the bf of my sister gave me a vaio whitout a hard drive so i boot it up and it said missing os but i couldn't turn it off so i remove the battery and the power and when i tried to turn it on only the power button is on but theres no fan sound and it does not post or anything

 

i read that you have to do a overflow with a dyer or something but i dont wanna do that need help pls (pd:sorry for the bad english i don't speak very good english)

If you know what you are doing: remove normal battery and CMOS battery, wait, put everything back and try again.

Also trying to boot without normal battery is a possible solution.

Some notebooks require a lot of dissasembly to reach it, it's possible you need to take it apart completely just to take out the battery.

Depends on how the notebook is constructed, but it being a vaio i can imagine it will require a complete disassembly.

i opened the pc remove the cmos battery waited and put it back but still dont work
