Help! New Pc won't post.

My pc. 

Gigabyte H110m-ds2 ddr4

Intel I3-6100

Palit Gtx 960 oc 

Kingston Hyper X Fury 8gb 2133

Corsair Cx 500m

WD Caviar Blue 1tb

Seagate Barracuda 7200 rpm 500gb

 

So this is my first time building a rig. Sometimes my pc posts but mostly doesn't. And when I open my pc only black comes up. A while ago I tried booting without my hard drives. It worked, for a few times. Until now. I can't even get it to post. Can anyone help me?

i think you got defective gigabyte board (gigabyte is known for making frequently defective boards) so you only fix is to rma this board to gigabyte

cpu :Amd athlon x2    gpu:Palit gt 640  hdd:some toshiba hard drive that might die soon озу :4 gb case:some case from delux with custom paint
