Will be used primarily for gaming. Budget of $1400-$1500. I live in the US. I'm thinking of buying a few parts as they go on sale or get rebates. Particularly the case and monitor right now. Then getting the 1070 once the aftermarket coolers are out, unless it turns out to be complete crap of course. What do you guys think?
