Basically that's windows 10. If you want to upgrade upgrade. If not delete it. The other 3gb is prob temp files. Those can safely be deleted.

If you're intending to upgrade to Windows 10, upgrade first, and then remove the temporary Windows installation files as that likely belongs to Windows 10. Everything else should be fine though.

i only have 23.3gb left on my ssd can i still upgrade with that space?

If you want to go back to windows 7 do not delete. If you want to dtick with windows 10 you can delete it.

You can do remove the log files, temporary Windows installation files, and anything else except for Previous Windows installation(s) if you're looking for the ability to go back to Windows 7. I believe you have 30 days to revert back to your old installation if you so desire. If you think you're done with Windows 7 for good, go ahead and delete that as well.
