Old(er) computer not booting

Hi.

 

My dad got a new computer a few months ago, and I'm getting his old computer ready so he can make sure all of the data on it has been cloned over.

 

The only trouble is, I can't get it to turn on.

 

I've tried everything in my power without testing individual components.

 

The specs list are as follows:

Motherboard: Winfast K7NCR18D PRO Motherboard

CPU: AMD Athlon XP 2800+ Processor (I think)

RAM: 1GB (2x512MB) sticks of RAM

PSU: L&C Technology Model LC-250ATX PSU

Hard Drives: 2x80GB Seagate IDE Drives

Case: Some classic case

 

I've tried unplugging the PSU and reconnecting all of the front panel IO headers.

 

If anyone has any ideas, that'd be great.

Will do, just did the 'paper clip' test on the PSU. Will hunt around for another power supply, hopefully there's one lying around here.

Just tested power supply and am more than certain that is dead.
