Handbrake AAC cracking/poping

Hi,

 

Just being converting movies to a unverisal file size to play on my fat32 usb. But the only issue im having is with audio. I know AAC is the way to go but each bitrate cracks/pops when I tried in handbrake.

 

Any fixes for this would be great.
