You can drop the aftermarket cooler, cpu is locked so you won´t need it. Different PSU, NEX is sub-par. Everything is is okay.

I know, but I always try to get higher density DIMMs when possible because they have a MUCH higher resale value later on when you go to part out your build (4GB of DDR2 (4x1GB) currently goes for $5 on ebay whereas 4GB (2x2GB) of DDR2 goes for around $40 . This is because people are trying to extend the like of their platform by buying RAM because they will inevitably need more of it down the line. This is why I always recommend buying higher density sticks when possible so one can get much more value out of their computer parts when the go to resell it.

It´s a stock cooler, so it´d be louder, but only under full load. Considering your getting a headset, shouldn´t be to easy for you to hear.
