Lol? Did you actually watch the videos you linked?

  1. Fury X is mopping the floor with the 980 ti and that's only at 1080p
  2. Mirror's Edge beta is dx11 and even shows D3D11 in the video you linked.
  3. TIL a Fury X competes with a Titan X.

Oi

You're looking to win an argument. That's not my goal. That's why we find ourselves in these conversations. My point is that how a game performs is dependent on the driver, changes with the driver, and is not centered on fps. Frames per second is just on metric in which you judge performance. Look at the 390 beating the 970 in Forza 6 yet the 390 has stuttering that make the higher fps irrelevant.

My only point and the one you constantly ignore is that you can't generalize. All that matters is driver support. And Nividia doesn't offer it to their older architectures, what remains to be seen is if AMD does.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

So you're saying he should sell his 7950 and buy a 770 or 780 ti?

No! xD

Have you read anything past the conversation on DX12? They can get a 290 on the cheap, way better deal than a 780ti that can't even keep up with a 970 half the time.

If anyone asks you never saw me.

@ValhallaWait for AMD's new cards. You'll be able to get something much better for your 300 CAD in less than 2 months.
