No. It has to be the exact same GPU. The only things you can mix is Memory, brand, clock speeds, etc. You HAVE to have the same GPU however. So only a 660 and a 660.
well you could use the 660 as a PhysX card

you could if you found a way to shut down the 3 extra SMX units that the GTX 680 has over the GTX 660

I know that, just to avoid any potential confusion with the OP that there would be no way of using 2 different cards
