Why do so many people have a problem against micro transactions? I'm guessing that it's because it's for people that don't have talent to make the money in-game?

No because it will do nothing.

Depends on how easy it is to get lots of money ingame, and from what I've read, its not exactly that easy....
Also wtf is right about ones which effect gameplay?

It completely unbalances a game pretty much making it pay to win. I can spend tens of hours levelling up my character (Which I will :) ) and then some person can pay a few pounds and buy all the stuff making himself way more powerful than anyone else, whilst at the same time having no skill at all at the game.

If you want to do something to get back at them, don't buy it (as a group, which isn't likely).

I don't have a problem with micro transactions, most of GTA online seems to be co-op, honestly it only bothers me in a game like battlefield or CoD where you are always against the other people.
