RIP 660ti?

When it boots up the raid post screen looks glitchy (I marked some of the lines in RED as the photo is out of focus):

below is how it should look ^^^

 

this happened after I had to force shutdown my PC after if froze on me, ive tried DDU to remove the driver and back on, the card still works but only at 800x600.

 

also re-flashed the bios on the card (didn't help.)
