Hey forum, I am planning to do a big upgrade, with full custom watercooling.

At the moment waiting for a few parts and a few paychecks. At the moment I have two video cards from Amazon Canada coming in on Friday.

The reason I bought the 980 Ti's is because it was sort of a impulse buy and as well I really wanted the aesthetics of two cards (06G-P4-4995-KR) but as well they were really cheap.

I paid around 1200%CAD for the pair.

As well I am saving up for a 6600k, Gigabyte Gaming 7 Mobo and what ram sticks I find that are decently cheap that day. I have 850 Pro M.2 for my os ssd.

For the watercooling parts I have some Bitspower straight hardline fittings, extenderners (5mm and 10mm) as well some odd rotary fittings and angled fittings.

As well I got some tube reservoirs, two d5 vario pumps, two 480 60mm thick rads and a slim 240 30mm thick rad.

I am unsure if I want to buy jump all in with a Caselabs case yet, but at the moment I got a second hand 900D for pretty much 200$ and kind of bought that too..

only thing I'm missing just the water blocks for the gpu's and cpu since not sure atm.

But for the wiring I got a set black cablemod kit and some clear wire combs.

To be perfectly honest I don't know if the video cards I'm going to be receiving is gonna be the reference cards so.. lol. I really wanted to do this for a long time but never really got time to do it,

also it's a lot of time as well to prepare all this stuff.

Well I should be ready now since I just paid for all this stuff I am gonna be on the diet of champions for awhile. lol

do any of you guys have any suggestions or input or anything that I'm missing?

thanks.

A 6700K and good fast RAM. Like, DDR4-3200.

I've a feeling that's not a reference PCB on the 980 Tis D=

A 1440p 144Hz Display? :P

A HTC Vive.

Just a couple ideas.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Yep, I has a 1440p monitor and just really want to play games at this resolution for a good while. yeah I need to upgrade it but yeah slow and steady I guess, lol.

I do hope that they are reference gpu's or i'm gonna have to wait long to do this...
