How do I fix this? It keeps doing this around 10-20 minutes after I turn my computer on.

Before this happened, I was playing Skyrim.

This also sometimes happens when  i'm playing a light game, like ROBLOX and calling on Skype at the same time.

Any help is appreciated :DUntitled.png

what are the gpu temps while you're gaming?

im suspecting a dying gpu

also, try an older driver like 361.91 if you're using the latest drivers

Well, when its gaming, it can be arund 120-137 F

Normally, like right now when I'm just browsing, i'm at 97F

what software are you using to monitor the temps?

MSI Afterburner

doesnt seem like the gpu is under heavy load while you're taking the temp

anyway, i see that you're using the newest driver now

try installing an older driver like the 361.91, see if that fixes the issue

uninstall the current one using Display Driver Uninstaller and download an older one (like 361.91) from nvidia, making sure it's the right version for your OS and install it

Wait, one quick question.

Sometimes when i'm on Skype, the audio glitches out like CRAZY, like this.

"Hey, Cross are you theeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee......"

Is that the GPU or CPU?

Is it possible you're just creating a feedback loop? The only way your GPU would have anything to do with it is if the sound is coming out of your monitor, or speakers you have plugged into your monitor. And I'm not sure if it's even possible for the CPU to have anything to do with it.

I don't know, it's not my speakers since I tried both monitor and headphones, and it happens on both of them sometimes.

Huh... Would you mind listing the rest of your computer components? You have a GT 740, so I want to see if it's possible that it'd be better if you just got a new computer entirely.
