CS:GO crashing

I have been fighting this issue for about a month or so. The game just crashes and locks up my computer to where I have to hard shut down it. I have tried new OS, new SSD, reset BIOSand using known good ram. I am at a loss as what to do. Ideas short of replacing the CPU/MOBO/GPU

Check temps? If temps are good then my first guess is bad mobo unless it's something with your video card.

OS? CS:GO has been crashing on me recently as well, but I don't have to restart my machine.

  Have you tried verifying the game cache or reinstalling it?

Reinstalling it... yeah I did a new OS so reinstalling it was part of that.

Temps are fine all under 70C That is the issue I think it is either the MOBO or GPU or CPU but not going to replace each one and see too expensive.
