hey, I can't calibrate my wheel (ferrari experience gt) on win10, pedals seem to work just fine, but the wheel's basic position is that the wheel is turning right even when its in the centre. So i decided to download calibration tool by thrustmaster.. but I can't select manual calibration...pls someone help me

The built in windows calibration tool didn't work?

emmm.. where can I find it? (sorry)

just type "game controllers" or something like that in start menu and this should pop up

from there it should be easy to navigate - there aren't that many options :)

That's very strange... I've never experienced this tool not working.  I'm not sure I can really help further unfortunately.  honestly I'd guess there was something wrong with the wheel, but even in that case this tool should do a decent job compensating! :(

I might look around online and see what others are saying.  If no one else is having this problem, it's probably a defect.  If it's a common issue, someone else has probably solved it already and that might help you.

so u think its a wheel issue.. is there any possible way to fix it?

I'd try returning it.  I'd guess it's broken, but even if it isn't technically "defective", if you can't calibrate it, it may as well be defective, right?  So that's what I'd do.

if you're confident that this might be the issue, you could try taking it apart and cleaning it, but I'd bet that will void the warranty so you'd be choosing between getting the manufacturer to fix it and trying it yourself

then I suppose you could try cleaning the pot, or just turn it back and forth lock to lock a lot and see if that helps.  If it seems to be reading everything right though, that's probably not the problem.  Just sitting off centre wouldn't be a sign of dirty contacts; I would expect it to freeze up and jump around and stuff like that.
