A b/g/n usb dongle won't saturate the USB 2.0 bandwidth and they're usually cheaper than PCI/PCI-E based ones

Hi,

I am wondering, If I should buy a wifi dongle/adapter or PCI card for a desktop. They both have a similar price, but my concern is that the PCI card could interfere with other components. Such as the audio card. Which one is better?

Also, PCI WiFi cards steal a PCI lane from your processor, which might ultimately decrease the performance of your system, depending on how you are set up.
