Need help upgrading

Hello everyone, 

I'm interested in upgrading my PC, I have the entire list of components here.

My budget for this upgrade is $1000-$1500 USD, I will sell my old parts as new ones arrive.
I'll be upgrading my GPU to the EVGA SSC 1080 version when it is released (hopefully next month)

I was told that the 'Brawn' achievment in 3dmark meant that your system was being bottlenecked, http://www.3dmark.com/fs/8467552, I'm going to need to upgrade my MOBO to be able to get a better CPU and CPU cooler. Better RAM, an SSD and a new HDD would also be very helpful. That's where you guys come in, I don't have any idea where to start with the rest of the build. 

Any help would be appreciated. :D
