There's a Molex connector to power it. And basically yeah. Plug and play. Just a note here: it's not really a PWM hub per se. It does not use PWM to control the fans. So don't buy PWM fans for it.

Hello all :D Just making sure i know, but to hook up the PWM fan hub on the H440, do i need some sort of cable from the PSU to make it work? Like do i need a SATA power cable maybe? and is it as easy as plugging multiple fan cables in there?
