So I have a Teah LS-H265 being powered by a muse m50.
Seems like every 2 weeks one of the speakers (not always same one) volume cuts in half while the other one is at normal volume.

I am assume its the speaker cable (http://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-16-Gauge-Speaker-Wire-Feet/dp/B006LW0W5Y?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00) because when I re cut an inch off it, it works fine for another week.

I assume its this, so recommendation on better cable or other ideas?

Not sure, but i found this, although it seems like you need to buy some things in order to do it

http://www.doityourself.com/stry/how-to-troubleshoot-problems-with-a-faulty-speaker-wire#b

Although, i would first try to solve this via software, if you rightclick the speakers in the bottom right corner, and press playback devices, then rightclick the possibly faulty speakers and press properties, then levels and last, press balance.

This way you should be able to balance out the sound virtually, although maybe the sound quality will be reduced a little. See if you still have to cut it again after doing this
