EVGA X5 vs Corsair m65 rgb

Hey, I was wondering which mouse would be a better choice.

The X5 is available on amazon right now for a bit over 30 - while the m65 rgb (not the pro) is available for 39.99 at bestbuy.

Which one do you guys think I should buy? I play third and first person shooter games.

 

Right now, I'm using a crappy wireless mouse that skips a lot.

The X5 uses a Pixart 3988 while the M65 uses some custom Avago Sensor that probably performs roughly the same.

If you want to be a hipster then get the X5, if not then the M65 is probably the safer choice.

Would the Avago laser sensor have acceleration?

Yes. The S3988 (X5) is better than the A9800 (M65). Only the M65 Pro would have a proper sensor (PMW3360) in the series.
