Memory Leak from Downloading

I get Memory Leak after about 20min downloading games from steam.

How to fix? i had this before and a windows update fixed it, but my windows is fully updated, since i did a clean install yesterday.

 

-UEFI is set on default (my save profile dont work and im too lazy to OC again)

 

 

Corsair Vengeance Pro 2x4GB 1333Mhz ( No XMP profile activated)
