Windows remote desktop

Looking for recommendations for some software that will let people remote into a server pc I have setup in my house. Basically looking for something where people can gain access without me having to do anything. All the stuff I had found with google has been a two way interaction where I would have to start a session and give the other person a unique code for access. That's not what I'm looking for. I need something where I can just have something running on the pc all the time and have people be able to login with credentials or the like. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just don't forget to forward UDP and TCP port 3389, or for better security make them use a random external port and forward it to those ports internally
