Earphones tips

I bought the Panasonic rp hje 125 at 7$. Are they good enough for the price? My other contemdors were Phillips SHE3590 & SHE3900. I wanted as neutral sounding earphones as possible dor the price. Did I make the right choice? I herad the Phillips one have muffled sound is that true?

To me, any earphones that you pay less than $10 can only go as far as "okay".

 

But with this said, I haven't bought any in-ear's in that price range in forever. (Current on-the-go IEM's are the IE80's)
