So I am  thinking about upgrade the liquid cooling to a double lenth one using both 120mm fans just to take full advantage, howevery the fron't panel's opening won't cover both fan as showen in the photo.I still perfer to install radiator on the front Will this have a big different ?  I just want to take advantage of two fans.

Well since you want to keep the radiator in the front (since its an aio for just a cpu, it doesn't matter if its intake or not), you can remove the bracket below the fans to place the fans/radiator lower in the front. If your hdd configuration requires the drive cage, you can either relocate it or get the 3,5" bracket accessory to place them above the radiator,

 

I still say the top mount would be better as less restrictive intakes will increase total airflow.
