Also, with the money you would spend on OCing  (Better cooler power supply and motherboard) you might aswell jump up the proccessor to an 8350 because a 6300 wont be guaranteed to OC well nor will it perform aswell as an 8350.

Save some money and go 8320, it's the same chipset.

Technically, yes and no. It'll have the connectors, but the form factor won't mount in the case properly, not without duct tape.
