Astro a50

My Gen 2 Astro a50's xbox one edition refuses to sync together with the mixamp. Ive tried updating and reinstalling the firmware but nothing seems to fix it. After searching around and finding nothing, i decided to contact astro, they keep asking for my serial number but they wont tell me how to find the damn serial number. If you know where to find the serial number or how to fix my connectivity problem please help im about to shoot myself.

Look under the left earpad. From what I know, then the transmitter should have a matching serial number underneath it.
