music organising software?

I'm looking for a software that can utilize music from different sources. Say i wanted an online playlist of songs from youtube, spotify, etc. so I could have my playlist along with remixes that I like from youtube.

If there would be software which could do this (I don't know if there is). Both Spotify and YT playlists would need to be semi-public. I don't know if Spotify has between mode. But with YT you need playlist to be unlisted or public to any external software to use it. Private lists just don't work.
