Dual Channel Problem

Hi!

Today I was helping one friend with a Dual Channel problem.

He has one Motherboard Asus Sabertooth z97 mark 2 and 2x8gb Memory HyperX White 1866mhz.

When he activate the Dual Channel, he got a "Kernel Problem" from Windows 10

If  he deactivates that, the problem stops.

 

I think it can be Memory problem, but he already tried with another memories and the problem continues.

Any Ideia?Maybe any configuration on UEFI that we dont turned on?
