Youtube rendering options?

Hi everyone, english is not my native language so please forgive me if I can't explain it.

I record games at 40 FPS with bandicam, should i just upload it as is or should i render it as 50 FPS? I want real 40 FPS on youtube, which one should i do? 40 FPS is fine enough for me but 30 FPS is not good for me. But I can't record 50 or 60 FPS because my performance is not good enough.
