The H7 is rated at a lower dbA so it will end up being quieter than the 212 Evo at max RPMs.
Of course this is partly because the Evo fans can spin faster than the H7.
With this in mind, the H7 still usually pulls better temps than the 212 Evo so its not a handicap.
These large coolers do sometimes have clearance issues with the first RAM slot.
I can't be sure on your board but you only have two sticks and four slots.
So you'll have options and if you ever want more, you can just buy a kit of Low Profile RAM.

Alright thanks that looks like a good cooler to complete the build - the graphics card which hasn't come out fully Thanks for the help :D

So this is my first pc build planned for a little bit later this year, I think it is good but I am not sure which cooler my mind is split between air and liquid and I am leaning more towards air. Can someone validate this build and maybe get a tip on air vs liquid.

Side Notes: Graphics Card is going to be the 1080 hybrid/ssc when it comes out and if the link doesn't work let me know it was confusing to make public

I think with Air Vs cooling, it really depends on what you want to spend.
While you can get better temps with a water cooler, you also add more fail points.
If you want a cheap water cooler like an H60, I think you're better off going air.
Many air coolers can get better temps than low end water coolers.
I have amazing temps on my i5 using a 212 Evo which was only $25.

Even without going to a high overclock does not mean you shouldn't get a good cooler.
A better cooler means lower temps and less stress on the CPU usually increasing life.
Not only that, but having a good cooler means you fans man never have to switch to higher RPMs.
It's never fun trying to talk  during gaming and everyone complaining about the Jet Engine in the back ground.

Well which fan would you recommend xD I would prefer no jet engines... tho a jet engine cooled computer would be cool ._.

Some of the most popular brands of quite air coolers are Noctua or be quiet!
But you could purchase a 212 evo and a notcua fan to replace the stock one that comes with the cooler.
My point was not about noise, though. Just a stock 212 evo or a Cryorig H7 is great.

Is the Cryiog H7 loud and will it block the ram on the motherboard I picked out?
