Budget is $1300-$1400, and I live in the US. Build is mainly for gaming. The 1080p monitor I have picked is only until I can save up to get a nice 1440p. I plan to then have the 1080p on the side as a second monitor. I own a mouse and headset but, as you can see, will need to buy a monitor and keyboard. This is my first time building, only have a laptop that is no longer cutting it. The 970 is just a placeholder for the 1070. I also plan on getting an SSD when I can afford it. Any advice on the build and how I may be able to save some money is much appreciated. Thanks!

It looks pretty solid but I would add ssd, for a $1300 computer there is no reason not to have a ssd. It makes your computer so much faster.

The whole point is to use the upcoming Geforce GTX 1070.

There isn't any benchmarks, and only the more expensive founders edition will be available at launch
