SAS to USB 3.1/type-C Cable

Does SAS (12Gb/s) to USB 3.1/type-C (10Gb/s) cable exist ? I saw this HGST Ultrastar He10 HDD SAS version and thought that if it's possible with a 3.1 cable it could become a decent external storage drive. On paper at least.
