so i got my new and shiny asus pb258q 1440p monitor. i figured hey, i should calibrate it. so then i tried, but all the settings were already good, and i couldn't make them better. after the gamma, brightness and contrast the colors came in. i thought it had a little "warm" grays, but i like the warmness.. yeah warmness. the colors were good, i couldn't make the grays more gray without it looking not-as-good-as-before. sooo.... can this monitor already be calibrated pretty well? or do i just suck at calibrating so much that i can't make it any better? what am i doing wrong here?

There are a few tools to help you calibrate your display:

I personally use ScreenCheck for a "flat" calibration:

Then I'll adjust to my taste (I like the colors a little warmer aswell.)

You should also make use of Windows built in calibration tool. It has a few good reference images.
