I'm looking for a good camera drone for under $400 US dollars not sure if this is the right place to post

Phantom 3 standard (2.7k) is $499 - best thing IMO

Check the used market for them too!

The Phantom 3 is by far the best, if you want some long range (lightbridge) you will have to buy the Phantom 3 advanced, otherwise the standard will be perfect.
