Unfortunately, any of the platforms you'll have a hard time finding a match.  Last I looked (a few months ago) the Xbox 360 was the most played platform, and even then, it took like 5 to 10 minutes to find a match, and like 20 on Xone.  I'm assuming that the PC version will probably take even longer.

 

When it was filled with players, the game was hell of a lot of fun.  Just, unfortunately not many people play it anymore.
