Hue+ Not working properly?

Go to solution Solved by ELSknutson,

On the strips themselves there is arrows and they have to Mach or you will be plugging them in backwards

When plugged into the USB headers, it's detecting that i have strips in.  But the only colors that show are Red and Green.

Tried testing the strips individually, but now none are lighting up.

Cam software is detecting it and automatically updated them.  But it's like they're all turned off.  Any ideas?

This may be a dumb question, but... you can do that?  Seemed like it only went one way.

Edit.... I take that back.. I'm so dumb.  Yeah thanks man lol.

But on another note, 3 strips work, but the last one is just one green and one red LED that are lit up about 4 LED's apart.  I think I may have received a bad strip.
