pc Best 1000$ build.

Hi i am trying to build a op 1000$ build and im going with amd cause its cheaper. the 9590 is a bit over powered but i will be upgrading in the future.(MUST HAVE 16 GIGS OF RAM. i am an editor and do alot of stuff at once so make it op as possible <3  so if you do edit this and put an intel processor please tell me a good reason why intel over amd. amd may have a higher frequency and core count, but 

 

1) single thread preformance is lacking

2) HUGE TDP

3) outdated platform

 

ive heard nothing but regret from most AMD CPU owner's i've met.

also, what kind of footage are you working with?

Intel's CPUs are more powerful, even a decent i5 will out do a 9590..

Intel all the way (i5 beats 9590 easily), R9 390 instead of GTX 970, better PSU. Also, that H80i cooler won't perform all that well, since it's only a 120mm radiator.

Yeah, sorry for late reply (I got off my computer for the night), http://pcpartpicker.com/p/WttKJx. While about $50 more than your original build, it will perform way better. It has a Skylake i5, an R9 390, a better (but still fully-modular) PSU, and a 280mm radiator.
