ABIT AG8 9.0 boot error

I have an ABIT AG8 and I keep getting stuck at boot sequence 9.0 I have tried 3 different CPUs, 3 different RAM and in different slots, and 2 graphics cards. I searched for a week straight and nothing. There is no display so I cannot update the BIOS. I even went and purchased a new BIOS chip and still same thing. The 9.0 sequence means that the Uguru will now let the BIOS take over the booting process but apparently the BIOS won't take over. Please any advice will help. I can provide as much information as needed.
