HDTV overscan issue

Does anyone know how to fix this overscan issue with my Vizio HDTV?

 

I have an R7 370 GPU. When I had my other MOBO, which had a Radeon 3000 iGPU, the Catalyst Control Center gave me the option to resize the screen and that's how I fixed my overscan issue before. But the Software for the R7 3xx series has no such option. The whole application is far more sparse than CCC. I have no idea what to do other than to get a real computer monitor.
