Black Ops 3 keeps crashing

Hey guys, I downloaded BO3 the day it came out on Steam and have loved it. I just recently got hooked on it again and have been playing it a ton. But the other day it started crashing. Every time I go to launch the game, whether it is from the desktop icon, the steam launcher, or the application within the steam folder, it crashes. Steam goes through its "preparing to launch" thing. Then a black screen pops up as if the game is trying to load, but then I get a windows error telling me that "blackops3 has stopped working." It says it is looking for a solution but doesn't tell me anything, then just gives me the option to close the program. It has been doing this for three days now. I cannon get into the game at all. I even tried reinstalling it last night. I deleted local data through steam, and then reinstalled it using steam, which took over a day due to my horrible internet so I really don't want to have to do that again. This did not fix it. It is still crashing. Please let me know if yall have any ideas, it was playing just fine three days ago.

Have you done a Verify integrity of game cache? If so, Have you updated drivers? Installed any new software since BO3 last worked?

I verified the game cache too, it didn't work either. I tried that before reinstalling. And I haven't installed anything that I know of. I installed Cinebench, CrystalDisk, and 3dMark the other day to do some benchmarks, but I don't remember where those installs where compared to when it stopped working.
