I need your help

So as the title says I really need some help, I hope this is the right place for it. So the thing is that my PC is acting really really weird lately. The problem is with twitch and other sites, but let me explain why I put in the Windows topic. I have a 1000/500 internet, which works fine on my laptop and every computer in the house, but on my computer it fails to load twitch streams and VODs literally 99 times out of 100 and sometimes just webpages in general. I've tried what I could, here is what:

 

-switching to openDNS/ Google DNS on my PC, but it keeps reverting to default settings, does not save

-switching my router to openDNS/ Google DNS, that didn't help

-tried all the browsers out there, happens with all of them

-ran MBAM/Avast!/SecureAplus, no virus, or anything suspicious

-updated/reinstalled Flash at least a dozen times, noting

 

It's been occurring since I've updated my windows 8.1 to Windows 10. I don't know what I could try, if anyone has any suggestions, I'm happy to try, as this is so frustrating.
