Need help with desktop or notebook

Hello, I am looking for desktop (pre build) or laptop for work and I want to play Final Fantasy XIV at ultra and don't think about upgrade for 2 years at least, desktop needs to be little, because I live in Japan and free space in room is a problem. Hope to find it for less then  1500$~

I don't have experience, I don't have much time and I want warranty, because if I brake something..well that means more monny.

All parts have warranty it would be illegal for shops to sell you things without warranty, if something breaks and you did not break it just send/give it back to the shop. Building a pc is really simple, it's like building things out of lego everything fit together and there are so many people who has made videos about putting a pc together, Linus has a few. After I have put about 14 pc together I can do it in a hour or so.
