Windows 10 Need help

so lets get shit straight

I only have one account only this system and it is admin because thats logical right.....?

But when i try to right klick on anny app the administration does not pop up AKA Open as administrator

so i cant open pictures videos movies and some apps but some apps i do have premission to open because no administration is needed

please help me ask me if you have a question and sorry for my english 

Ohh and yes i can move around the files that i cant open which is strange

tho its only like music videos and pictures and some maps i belive and like 10% of my apps and some off the *normal* windows applications wont oppen like the windows store

what did you do then? it can't do that by itself, you have changed some settings or something. what kind of changes have you made which led to this situation?

I honestly dont know dude i have not done nothing from what i can remeber or know which is why i think this is fucked up

If you can open a command prompt as admin do and enter DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth      might help if some system files got corrupted
