Avoiding Muscoskeletal disorder.

Please bring any information that may help avoid muscoskeletal disorder. I like gaming, but I dont want to scru my health.

It could be that your a professional that has konwledge in the domain ( that would be awesome ), that you read articles, your personal experiences. your thoughts.

If you bring any information please leave detail on the relevancy. Ex: 'im not sure' 'I think' 'according to this' etc.

I find myself being a VERY high sensivity gamer. I basicly only use my wrist for mouse movement and I got concerned.

I am confused by the meaning of these pictures.

Does your wrist have to touch the mouse pad or not?

Articles I've read: http://www.ccohs.ca/oshanswers/ergonomics/office/mouse/mouse_selection.html

I think what those are illustrating are that you want to be level with your gaming surface. The ones with the X's seem to be too high and too low. Adjusting your chair can solve this

I think that partially depends on your grip style. Like a palm grip may not touch it at all whereas my fingertip grip has no way of working without my wrist on the pad. I wish I knew the right answer for ya

My wrist is in constant contact with the mouse pad Because of the way I hold a mouse. I can't hold it any other way.
I've used a PC since I was a small child.

Is it a bad thing if the tendons are heavily defined?
