Cpu for streaming

Hi i want to make a secondary pc that streams what i am playing. I am going to buy a used cpu i would like to get a xeon cpu but i dont know what kind i should get it needs to be cheap but also good enough to stream and maybe a freind can come over and play on it. I also would like to know a good mobo to it.

E5 2670. About 70ish on Ebay and has 8 cores with 16 threads. You can use any X79 motherboard too.

Xeon E3 1231-V3/MSI H81M-P33/16GB 1600MHz RAM/250~500GB SSD

 

If you want more RAM but dont want to spend $100+ for a Z97 go for a B85 Chipset just look for the CPU Compatibility and See if the Xeon E3 1231-V3 is Supported.
