Calories?

Gregrs

I'm having trouble finding an actual calculator for this. My dad said that the average person needs like 1,500 calories a day. I'm 17, about 5' 11" maybe 6' 0", and about 165-170 pounds. It usually hovers around there. I get basically no exercise, Monday - Friday I have school and a gym class, but the gym class is for games and stuff. And Tuesday - Friday I work from 3:00 - 9:30.

Just for reference, today I had a cheese stick for lunch (60 calories) and a chicken sandwich for supper (390 calories).

download "My Fitness Pal" on the android/app store and put in your information. then log what you eat and track the nutrition. BTW most people have a misconception about calories and weight. The hard hitting fact is that carbs are more detrimental. So if you can, eat lots of fibers but also drink lots of water so you don't mess up your pooping.

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.
