mPCIe Combo ii

Does anyone know whether I could upgrade my mPCIe Combo i for an mPCIe Combo ii? I don't know if it will be compatible with my Maximus V Formula, or if it's possible to buy them separately.

My router is the Cisco EA6500, and I want to leverage the 1350mbps 802.11ac!
